Why schedule Telegram posts?

A Telegram channel lands directly in your subscribers' chat list, so a steady, well-timed rhythm of posts matters. Posting by hand means being online at exactly the right moment — early mornings, evenings and weekends included.

Scheduling lets you prepare the week's announcements, offers and updates in one sitting and have Sociocrush deliver each one at the time your audience reads Telegram.

How Sociocrush posts to Telegram

You add the Sociocrush bot to your channel as an admin with permission to post, then post a one-time code that Sociocrush gives you, so it knows the channel is yours. Sociocrush then publishes through Telegram's official Bot API (Telegram Bot API documentation (opens in a new tab)), and posts appear under your channel's name, just like posts you send yourself.

Each channel you connect becomes its own channel in Sociocrush, so you can schedule different posts to a public channel and a members-only one.

  • See your channel's subscriber count and growth in Analytics.
  • Delete a post from Telegram within 48 hours of publishing it.
  • Move a post to another time by dragging it on the calendar.

Messages, media, albums and files

Share a timetable as a photo, a tutorial as a video, a set of product shots as an album, or a price list as a file.

Sociocrush checks Telegram's limits before you schedule — 4,096 characters for messages and 1,024 for media captions — so a post doesn't fail at publishing time.

Write Telegram posts with AI

AI Studio drafts announcements and updates from a short brief and can use your Brand Brain, so posts sound like your business. Keep Telegram posts short and direct, then edit the draft before scheduling.

Approvals for teams and communities

On plans with team collaboration (Growth and Scale), several people can plan posts for the same channel, with team roles and an approval step before anything is sent to subscribers.

How Telegram scheduling works in Sociocrush

  1. Add the Sociocrush bot

In Add Channel, choose Telegram, make the bot an admin of your channel with permission to post, and post the one-time code it shows you.

  2. Create the post

Write a message or add photos, videos or files — or start from an AI draft.

  3. Review and schedule

Use approvals if needed and pick a time.

  4. Sociocrush publishes it

The post is sent to your channel at its scheduled time and marked published on the calendar.
